Watch Live     Give

Helping bring 6th-12th grade students into a deeper relationship with Christ through teaching, worship, Christian friendships, and service.

1st Friday

First Friday of month @ 7:00-9:30 p.m.

Every first Friday we have a time of worship, then we discuss different topics that teens are faced with everyday and how those issues relate to their faith. We usually have a crazy and fun theme that goes with the night, and games and snacks. All 6th-12th grade students and their friends are invited.

Life Bible Study (Sunday School)

Sunday morning @ 9:00-10:00 a.m.

There is nothing more vital to a teen’s walk with God than regular Bible study. Students are invited every Sunday, just before church service, to our middle and high school class. Classes for other members of the family meet at the same time.

Vacation Bible School

Summer – June 20-22, 2024

Youth Vacation Bible School will be June 20-22 from 7-10 p.m. It includes Bible study, worship, sports, food, and lots of fun. All 6th-12th grade students are invited to attend.

YEC (Youth Encountering Christ)

Winter – January 24-26, 2025

YEC is our yearly weekend winter retreat. We stay in a hotel in MA, with hundreds of other youth from all over New England.

The weekend includes a speaker, worship, recreation, banquet dinner, meals, and several other activities. The cost is around $130 per person. This event is chaperoned by adults from the church who meet our special requirements to guarantee the safety and security of your teenagers.

CrossWalk

Summer – July 15-20, 2024

CrossWalk is a summer Christian Camp provided by the Baptist Churches of New England. It will be held on the campus of Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, Bible study, worship, sports, interest activities, making friends, and growing closer to God is what CrossWalk is all about. It is open to all rising 6th through 12th grade students. Adult chaperones from the church accompany our students and are with them throughout each day.

Missions

We have opportunities for youth to reach out to our community and show God’s love through service projects. We:

  • Helped out at a homeless shelter in Norwalk sorting clothes to give away.
  • Gave and raised funds to sponsor children overseas, providing food and basic needs for them.
  • One of our juniors will spend a week on a mission trip this year through Quest, a next generation leadership development ministry of the Baptist Convention of New England.
